The first English woman to have her arm raised in victory inside the UFC Octagon returns to the Fight Disciples studio ahead of her scrap in South Carolina, USA, this weekend.

Molly McCann made history at UFC London earlier in the year and while she continues to dream about UFC gold, she admits her MMA journey has taken a change of direction over the past six months.
